I am researching the invention process and trying to move ahead with ideas. This idea stuff, if taken to its rightful end, is not for the faint of heart.
I know. I know. It is the owner, right? Not the breed.
If that is the case, lets put your money where your mouth is. Lets start requiring owners of this breed (and perhaps others) to acquire a license to own one (just like a gun). The entity could run a background check on the owner, and make sure they are not a criminal. In addition, they would be required to attend classes on how to control their dogs (similar to the course you have to take to own a gun)
