My idea is inexpensive, easy to make, and invaluable. Simply put, it is a rubber bracelet with a parent or caregiver"s cell phone number on the inside. I got the idea at Disneyland. What are the two things that nearly everyone at the park has? Children and cell phones. I have lost my child on more than one occassion. It was only 5 minutes, or so, but I was terrified. If my small child had my cell phone number with him, another mommy or park employee could call me and I could quickly be reunited with him. I would make it a bright color, easily recognized by others. They could be sold online at any catalog company in bulk with several numbers, or even right at the park A park like Disney or a county fair could buy the simple equipment to stamp the bracelets and offer these right next to the stroller rental. As an experienced mom, I would not hesitate to spend a few dollars to give me piece of mind. A simple way to ease the panic when we get separated from our little one. An absolute necessity!
